My Core Principles

These three beliefs guide every session and every interaction.

Water is a Healer

It supports, strengthens, and calms, providing a unique therapeutic medium for body and mind.

Yoga is for Everyone

I believe in making the benefits of yoga accessible to all, regardless of age, ability, or physical condition.

Tradition Meets Innovation

My practice honors ancient yogic wisdom while embracing modern, water-based techniques for maximum benefit.

A Legacy of Excellence

My 20 world records are certified by numerous prestigious organizations, a testament to the dedication and mastery behind my practice. This recognition reflects a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in wellness. Shri Pankaj Jain’s journey is one of transforming personal passion into global phenomenon. Beginning with competitive swimming, he pioneered the synthesis of yoga and aquatic buoyancy, overcoming immense physical and mental challenges. Each world record, achieved through years of disciplined practice (Sadhna), represents a victory over human limitations. He faced the natural resistance of water and the psychological barriers of prolonged, meditative isolation, mastering perfect balance, breath control (Pranayama), and unwavering focus.

His unique contribution lies in democratizing Yoga. Aqua Yoga, as propagated by him, is a low-impact, high-efficacy practice that makes the benifits of yoga accessible to the all age group.
